Deliveries, returns, and right of withdrawal
Availability
Club Barbara pieces are offered as long as they are visible on the www.clubbarbara.fr website and while stocks last.
In the event of product unavailability after the buyer's order has been placed, the buyer will be informed by email as soon as possible. The buyer's order will be automatically cancelled, and no bank debit will be made. If a bank or Paypal debit has been made, it will be automatically refunded by the same payment method used.
Delivery and receipt
Club Barbara offers delivery in metropolitan France, via Colissimo tracked and Mondial Relay.
Orders are shipped to the address provided by the buyer, on Fridays of each week (excluding exceptional periods which will be announced beforehand).
Orders are shipped within 5 working days.
The buyer will receive the items he ordered at the address he indicated during the ordering process. If there is a delay, an email will be sent to the buyer to inform him. Any problem or delay in transport is not the responsibility of Club Barbara. It will then be up to the buyer to lodge a complaint with the postal and delivery services.
Upon receipt of the products, the buyer will check the conformity of the products with his initial order. Once the order has been received, the buyer must report any anomaly (missing and/or damaged product) to contact@clubbarbara.fr on the same day the package is received, or at the latest one working day after receipt.
If an item arrives damaged, please report it to us upon receipt by sending an email to contact@clubbarbara.fr attaching a photo of the shipping box (carrier label visible) as well as the item in question.
We will propose a compensation solution as soon as possible.
Given the rarity and unique aspect of each piece offered on the Club Barbara website, no exchanges will be made.
Right of withdrawal
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Club Barbara will refund the sums paid (direct return costs and additional delivery costs at the buyer's expense) within 14 days following the sending of the withdrawal request, and via the same payment method as that used when ordering, by first sending the request to contact@clubbarbara.fr
Returns must be made in their original and complete condition (original packaging) within 14 days following delivery, starting from the day of receipt of the goods by the customer to: CLUB BARBARA, 8 rue Longuyon, 34200 SETE, FRANCE.
