Brass & Murano Ritòrto Glass Flower Lamp, Italy, 1970–80

A floral & luminous piece with Hollywood Regency chic: three large Murano opaline glass flowers spring from beneath a brass dome, supported by twisted arcs crafted from ritòrto canes.

This Italian table lamp from the 70s-80s is sculpted like a floral wreath: each eight-petaled vetro opalino flower is centered with a brass cabochon. The twisted glass arcs, made from Murano canes (ritòrto), animate the structure and diffuse a pearlescent light. A perfect decorative signature for an Italian boudoir interior. Another version with pink flowers is also available, ideal for bedside tables.
