Sergio Terzani foliage and opaline globe floor lamp, 1970s
Free shipping on orders over €200.00
Magnificent floor lamp with a plant motif, repainted in a luminous lacquered pastel pink, topped with a large opaline globe.
This floor lamp, attributed to Sergio Terzani, is in the vein of 1970s Italian organic lighting, where worked metal borrows its lines from the plant kingdom. Here, the metal stem is adorned with 14 embossed leaves that structure the silhouette and create the graphic style emblematic of seventies Italian design. The original finish was white; the piece has been restored and repainted in pastel pink, in a Palm Springs spirit, while retaining its original elegance.
