Murano pink double-fired lamp, Italy 80s

Splendid pink swirling glass lamp base, hand-blown with Murano master craftsmanship, Italian-made, dating from the 1980s. The uniqueness of this exceptional light fixture lies in its double illumination: the translucent pink blown glass base is lit from within by a first bulb, topped with a brass socket supporting a second bulb illuminating the upper part, softened by a white pleated lampshade.

This absolutely sublime piece, with the delicacy of the blown glass, the discreet elegance of its pastel pink color, and its presence, is an iconic decorative element of Italian design from that era.

Please note: vintage light fixture with slight traces of wear on the glass and metal. Electrical system has been refurbished. Works with one E14 bulb and one E27 screw-in bulb.
